REGISTRATION PROCESS 

INTERNATIONAL ESD LIVE MADRID 2020 

SPRING EDITION

Online registration:

1. Download and complete the Application form and submit it (PDF format) to:  internationalesdlivemadrid@gmail.com.

2. The Application form will be evaluated by the Course's Directors. Acceptance of participants will be based on their CV and previous experience. The final decission will consider date of request, giving priority to applications according to the date of submission.

3. Applicants will be contacted via email to communicate their eligibility or not,  for the final inscription. Selected candidates must complete the payment in order to finish the registration process. Any delay in the payment may cause registration cancelation.
 

4. Payment:  An invoice will be sent to elegible candidates and payment must be completed in the next 5 days after invoice is received. Receipt of payment is mandatory in order to ensure all proccess is completed and must be sent to: internationalesdlivemadrid@gmail.com)

 

Registration fee includes:

• Special lectures

• Admission to clinical cases 

• 1 full-day hands-on   ESD   training   under   experts´ supervision

• Coffee break and lunch

• Official Course Dinner on Monday.
